Clifford Flood, a former Dean of Students in the Philadelphia Charter School System. Clifford was also a Behavior Specialist assisting clients needing emotional support.  His experience, patience and skill working with youth has brought enormous pleasure to those he has served. Being a native of Philadelphia, Clifford is a proud graduate of Northeast High School and The University of Phoenix where he earned his B.S. in Management.  As an active member of his church, he has served on the Male Chorus; Security Ministry and the Integrated Arts and Music Ministry. Clifford finds time to Act in Independent Theater and Independent Films and still finds time to mentor local youth.

 

Taryn Flood serves as a Human Resources Director. Prior to her Human Resources career, she was a case worker for foster children and transitioned women from welfare to work. She is a unique specialist in the art of Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and HR Strategy. Over the past 17 years of her progressive career, Taryn has been recognized as a visionary leader for establishing effective working relationships with business leaders across business segments in multi-site locations.

 

Taryn is a proud graduate of Central High School 252 and Delaware State University where she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice Sociology. She later earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Rosemont College.
